extensive background in Family and Men’s Ministry. His heart and passion is the
spiritual leadership of men in the home. He has co-authored 17 books on various
aspects of spiritual leadership and parenting and he has been a featured guest
on Focus on the Family, Family Life and Promise Keepers.

that's why this ministry, Heritage Builders, was
created.

The task of raising children who love God and follow Him in obedience is a difficult assignment -
especially today. Our kids live and breathe in a culture permeated by the toxins of death and moral
decay. Our sons and daughters face an enemy who wants to consume them and wound them before
they ever get started in life. So, now more than ever we need to take seriously our biblical mandate to
instill a life-giving and life-affirming faith within our children."

Parent Seminars:

Heritage Builders, as a conference and content based ministry, enables churches to: educate, equip and
encourage parents to pass their faith to the next generation. We believe that the primary responsibility
to pass the faith to our children lays with parents not the church. Through an integrated
home-centered, church-supported strategy (see White Paper on Family Ministry under church tab),
Heritage Builders offers church based, multi-media, teaching seminars. The goal is to motivate and equip
parents with the tools and resources to support a Biblically based plan on "How to" pass their faith to
their children at home, in accordance with Deuteronomy 6:4-9. (Click Here for the Parent's Conference

Our objective is to work with your individual church or your community of churches to help family
ministries be more effective in addressing the spiritual training needs of its members by engaging
parents in spiritual formation at home. .

Pastor Seminars:

Heritage Builders provides a Pastor's seminar alongside our parent seminars. . Heritage Builders offers
a city's churches -Sr. Pastor/Men's Ministry and Family Ministry Leaders - training on the elements of
an "Effective Family Ministry." This morning training session is presented 8-10 weeks prior to the
"catalytic" family spiritual formation conference in a city wide approach or can be incorporated into a
Friday session for a single church prior to an individual church seminar. It is designed to educate and
equip church leaders with the understanding and tools needed to accelerate or help launch their
family ministry efforts - successfully engaging parents in the spiritual formation process of their
children at home. These seminars present cutting edge thinking from family ministry practioners and

I am absolutely convinced that the healthy church of the next decade will be focused on
family-centered ministry as it becomes increasingly apparent that more superficial methods are
simply not working. Because of its foundational principles and simple plans, Heritage Builders is
uniquely positioned to meet the demands of this movement head-on. As a pastor, I look forward to
